The Anaheim Housing Counseling Agency (AHCA) was created in 1998 by the Anaheim Housing Authority (AHA) to provide housing counseling and education to homeowners, homebuyers and renters.

The goal of the Housing Counseling Agency is to provide counseling, assistance and education to homeowners, homebuyers and renters in Anaheim. To meet this goal, the agency offers one-on-one counseling in a private, confidential setting. Services include: Counseling Pre- and post-purchase, predatory lending, loss mitigation and rental counseling.
